Jamie ran a small, professional dog care and training business in San Francisco for seven years, where she also studied under and taught at some of the top puppy training schools, such as San Francisco Puppy Prep and Smartypup, before relocating to Colorado. Jamie holds several training certifications and a Bachelor's in Community Health Science from the University of Nevada, Reno. In addition, Jamie completed coursework at the Dog Training Internship Academy in San Francisco and Leaning and Living with Animals: How Behavior Works with Susan Friedman. Lastly, Jamie received an Accredited Dog Training certification from the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She feels incredibly grateful to have a role at Paragon that supports service dogs and the humans who need them.
