Carol Heiden, M.Ed.
Carol holds a Master of Education from Boston University, has over three decades of nonprofit management experience, and has successfully served as the Executive Director of nonprofit organizations for over 20 years. Carol joined Paragon because it is a mission that she fully and passionately supports.
